Who creates your card designs?

All cards are uniquely designed and handmade by me in my home in Bollington, UK.

Do you operate a physical storefront?

Heart in Creation operates only as an online shop without any physical locations.

Can I find your cards for sale elsewhere?

You can find our entire collection of handmade cards only on our official website: heartincreation.com. Additionally, you can buy some of our cards at The Green and The Mulberry Leaf in Bollington, UK.

Do you have any promotional offers

Is it possible to purchase your products in bulk?

We currently do not have a wholesale program for our handmade cards. However, I am happy to offer the option to purchase up to 10 handmade cards. Please let me know if you want to buy a smaller quantity, and I can assist you!

PRODUCTS AND ORDERS

Can I change my order after it has been placed?

Orders are processed quickly. If you notice an error in your confirmation email, please get in touch with us immediately. We will try to make adjustments before shipping, but once the order has been dispatched, changes are not possible.

Can the card for her be turned into a birthday card or some other card, such as a thank you card?

Definitely! Our designs can be personalised with your preferred text, making it easy to adapt a card for her into a birthday card or thank-you card.

Are there customisation options for colours or decorations?

Specific designs can be customised with ribbons, crystals, shells, branches or feather adornments. Let us know your desired design and colour preferences, and we’ll look into the possibilities.

Do you accept custom design requests based on my ideas?

I am happy to create custom designs based on your requests! Feel free to send me a picture or inspiration to help personalize your experience even further..

What if I didn’t receive an order confirmation?

A confirmation email is automatically sent when you place an order. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can’t find it, please get in touch with us for help.

Can I place an order over the phone?

Yes, we accept phone orders. Please call us to place your order. If you experience any technical difficulties, don’t hesitate to reach out for help!

What payment options do you provide?

 We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal payments.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

What is the expected delivery time?

For non-customised cards: Usually dispatched within 1-3 working days. For personalised or bespoke cards: Shipping typically occurs within 3-5 working days.

International orders:

We currently do not offer international shipping due to significant delays.

What are the shipping fees?

Shipping rates are determined by your order’s total weight and dimensions and will be calculated automatically at checkout. For UK orders, the shipping options are as follows: Royal Mail 2nd class is £1.55, and Royal Mail 1st class is £2.10.

Can I send an order directly to someone else?

Absolutely! You can choose the “Send Direct to Recipient” option at checkout and enter their address.

Can one order be shipped to multiple addresses?

Please place orders for different addresses to ensure accurate tax and shipping calculations.

What should I do if my order is delayed, damaged, or not received?

For delays:

Please get in touch with us with your order number and details. Note that delivery times may extend during peak seasons (like December).

For damaged or missing items:
Even though we package our products carefully, issues may occur during transit. If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, contact us immediately for assistance with a replacement.

What is your policy on returns?

We stand by our products and offer a satisfaction guarantee. You can return items within 14 days of receipt. Please reach out with your order details and reason for returning to start the process. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.
