You are responsible for checking the details of your order before submitting it.
Once you have submitted your order, we will send you a confirmation email. Please note that your order has yet to be accepted. We will only accept your order once we have processed it and dispatched the goods.
If an item is out of stock, we will contact you to let you know. You can cancel your order or wait for the item to be back in stock.
If we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment, we will cancel your order.
If we identify a pricing or product description error, we will contact you to let you know. You can cancel your order or accept the corrected price or product description.
If you do not meet any of the order criteria set out in the Terms & Conditions, we will cancel your order.

Payment for all orders is at the point of despatch. All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are correct when entering the information into the system. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered with the delivery cost. We accept payments through Stripe and PayPal.
